We strive to provide our clients with a relaxing atmosphere while they are having their hair done. In order to continue providing quality service to each client, we request that you please keep the following policies in mind.
Our Requests
Please be prompt.
We accommodate many guests every day and do our best to keep our schedule on time. If you know there is a schedule conflict, please call ahead of your appointment to let us know. Our stylists may refuse the appointment if you are more than 20 minutes late.
But don’t be overly prompt. (Or too early.)
Although we appreciate guests who are 5 or 10 minutes early, please call ahead to inquire about your stylist’s schedule if you are interested in starting the appointment earlier.
For large style or color changes, book a consultation prior to your appointment.
If you’re considering a style change and want to weigh your options, schedule a consult! By scheduling a separate appointment, we will have ample time to address all of your questions before moving forward. We address service cost, maintenance cost, recommended product, recommended tools for the desired style. Consultations are $30, but the cost will be applied towards your service when you book your appointment.
At Bloom, we have an open chair policy.
If you cannot see your regular stylist, we will provide another at your request! We promote an open chair policy because the comfort and care of our guests will always be put first.
